Shipping & Delivery Policy – Naturélix
We deliver Naturélix products across Pakistan through third-party courier services.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
If a Free Delivery promotion is active, the applicable terms of that promotion will apply.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed because of:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Unexpected logistical issues
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number and delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
